In collaboration with artists Lizzie, musician, and Tom, a filmmaker, Walsall Road Allotment's community of young people with additional needs have been creating a piece of art using several mediums.
Together they have produced a song about being outdoors, and the green spaces in Birmingham. The young people have been involved at every stage in creating this piece, with the artists providing guidance and support to channel and express their creativity.
At 6PM on Wednesday 3 August, audiences are invited to join the online premiere of 'My Happy Place'. After this date the song and video will be freely available online via our website, social media pages and YouTube channel.
