Sport Relief, Birmingham 2022 and the BBC are coming together to bring viewers a one off, All-Star version of the Commonwealth Games which will be broadcast just before the Birmingham 2022 Closing Ceremony on Monday 8 August, 7pm on BBC One and on BBC iPlayer.

Led by Team Captains, double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes and five-time Paralympic champion Ellie Simmonds OBE, two teams from the world of sport and entertainment will go head-to-head to raise life changing money in the Sport Relief All Star Games: Birmingham 2022. This special 1-hour programme will be hosted by Emma Willis and Jermaine Jenas.

Some of the competitors lacing up their trainers include former Love Island winner and presenter Kem Cetinay; former international rugby union player and model Thom Evans; comedian Russell Kane; TV personality and presenter Ferne McCann; former England Rugby Union and Lions star Ugo Monye; Queen of the Jungle and TV personality Vicky Pattison; double Paralympic Gold medal runner Jonnie Peacock; Olympic gold medal long jumper Greg Rutherford; triple Olympic and World champion gymnast Max Whitlock and many more.

The All Star Games will raise money for Sport Relief, who are teaming up with United by 2022 and the Commonwealth Sport Foundation as the Birmingham 2022 Official Charity Partners. Together they are taking on important issues, including tackling inequality, improving mental health and helping young people to survive and thrive.
