Following its successful engagement as Official Technology Services Integrator at Glasgow 2014, NVT Group is delighted to be returning to the Commonwealth Games as the Official IT Services Provider at Birmingham 2022.
As part of its service delivery, NVT Group will be deploying its exclusive Concepta IT infrastructure wellness reporting technology, which made its debut at Glasgow 2014. Concepta has since been deployed at events such as the Baku 2015 European Games and the Glasgow 2018 European Championships.
Indeed, Birmingham 2022 will be Concepta’s sixth deployment at a multi-sport event and will be used to monitor key systems across competition and non-competition venues, thus providing real-time health information about the IT network which will stage the Games.
Data from monitored systems will be hosted on NVT Group’s bespoke private cloud platform, Viia.
NVT Group support teams will also be placed in the Technology Operations Centre and across all venues to provide IT support services on the ground, in order to help ensure a successful Games.
