Tickets
- Birmingham 2022 will operate e-tickets
- These will be available in Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- You will also be able to download PDF tickets and print paper copies of these to distribute or send digitally.

Fulfilment
- Passes and lanyards can be collected from the Birmingham 2022 office between 4 July and 22 July.
- Passes will contain session date and time, timings for the day and session information where we have it.
- QR codes on the passes will link to the webpage where information such as travel, lounge location and guest maps can be found.
- Your pass will need to be displayed at all times on the entry route to the Club 22 Hospitality lounges.

Dress Code
- The dress code for Club 22 Hospitality venues is smart casual.
- Casual trousers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are acceptable.
- Sports trainers and flip flops are not permitted.
- We would recommend smart casual dress which is weather appropriate.
- We recommend wearing flat shoes for some venues where there may be some walking involved to get to the venue or the Club 22 Hospitality lounge such as Alexander Stadium, The NEC and Sandwell Aquatics Centre.

Cloakrooms
- There is no secure cloakroom at any venues however there will be coat rails for coats, items will be left at your own risk.
- There is no bag storage available at any venue.
- It will be much quicker for you to enter the venue if you do not bring a bag. All bags will be searched or scanned on entry.
- If you do need to bring a bag, please make sure it is small enough to fit under your seat. Maximum size 25 litres or 50cm x 30cm x 20cm.

Prohibited & Restricted Items
- Security reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items brought onto venue.

Travel to Venues
- Travel on public transpoty within the West Midlands region is included in your ticket on the day of your event.
- The Games Journey Planner can be found on the Travel page of the Birmingham 2022 website.

Parking at Venues
- There is no parking at competition venues except blue badge parking which is bookable at parkthecarhere.com
- There are park and ride options available for some venues which can be booked at parkthecarhere.com
- Limited parking is available at Aston Villa Football Stadium and West Bromwich Albion Football Stadium for relevant sessions - space requests will be sent through via form and vehicle registration numbers will be needed.
- One parking space per four guests.

Lounge Entry
- We have volunteer hosts that will will meet and greet our Club 22 guests, check you into your lounges and show you to your seat when the sessions start.
- Guests will be checked in at the reception desk by one of our hosts.
- We need a lead guest name on the day, i.e. a person to contact on the day, this will be captured on the dietary and accessibility forms.
- Lead guests should communicate directly with their party with regards to meeting points.
- Programmes will be handed out on arrival.
- Programmes are whole tournament publications, not different per session.

Dietary & Accessibility Requirements
- Guests with dietary or accessibility requirements are the only ones we will need names for.
- This information will be collated and sent to the relevant teams. The information will only be used on the day of the event to ensure we provide the correct services.
- All venues will have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes as standard.
- Other dietary needs will be catered for on an ad hoc basis if requested in advance.
- While every effort will have been made the caterers cannot guarantee zero cross contamination so we do ask that if you have any guests with severe allergies to let us know in advance.
- Some accessibility seats may be in a different are to Hospitality seating due to the nature of the seating bowl at each venue.
- We will have hearing devices available at each reception desk.
- BSL translation will be available at ceremonies.

Food and Drink
- Bowl food is served at all venues, except Edgbaston Stadium where buffets will be served and a three course meal will be served at the Ceremonies.
- Beers, red, white and rose wines and soft drinks packages at all venues with a champagne reception at the Ceremonies.
- Upgrade drinks outside of the package are available at all venues and will need to be paid on the day - venues have limited cash facilities within the Hospitality spaces.
- We have produced the Flavours of the Commonwealth strategy to show our promise to use locally sourced, sustainably produced food where possible as reflected across our menus.

Venue Details
- All Club 22 Hospitality Guests will enter through the spectator entrance where there will be a personal and bag search area.
- Toilets are provided in the Club 22 lounges or nearby, exclusive to Hospitality guests or shared with Games Family
- No WiFi is available in venues
- Return to Lounges - Some venues where seats are within the lounges or seats are accessed through the lounges the lounge will be open throughout the whole session. Some venues close once the session starts and there is no return to the lounge.
- Coaches will go to the drop off point at competition venues and return to off-site post session for Ceremonies and Aquatics - Swimming and Para Swimming. Lounges will not be open post session.

Hints & Tips
- Ensure guests are aware of who the contact is on the day and has the correct name/number.
- Allow time for guests to arrive at the entrances, think about walking time from public transport.
- Know what you can and cannot bring into the venues - check the list before you go.
- Don't forget your lanyard and pass - make sure it's for the correct venue, date and session
- Is your e-ticket downloaded - does the lead host have a list of which guest has been allocated which ticket
- Have you sent over your guests dietary and accessibility needs in advance?
